On receipt of your order, I will advise you of delivery times. Typically, purchases arrive within 15 business days. A tracking number from the selected courier will be sent to you for delivery updates on your order. Every effort is made to ensure you receive your delivery on time, but I cannot guarantee delivery before the stated period ends.
Packages are delivered to you via Purolator ground shipping or an alternate courier service provider.
Each painting is carefully packaged. Corner guards, protective cardboard, glassine paper & bubble wrap are used to ensure a safe arrival to your home. Each piece is then placed in sturdy cardboard packaging, securely taped and clearly labelled.

In the rare case that your art is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, I will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 48 hours if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
