How long will it take for my order to ship?

On receipt of your order, I will advise you of delivery times. Typically, purchases arrive within 15 business days. A tracking number from the selected courier will be sent to you for delivery updates on your order. Every effort is made to ensure you receive your delivery on time, but I cannot guarantee delivery before the stated period ends.

Where do you deliver to? 

Online purchases are currently delivered free of charge to addresses within Canada. Local delivery and pickup from the studio options are available at checkout. For international buyers, please contact me for shipping details. Thank you.

How do you ship paintings?

Each painting is carefully packaged. I use corner guards, protective cardboard, glassine paper & bubble wrap to ensure a safe arrival to your home. Packages are securely taped and clearly labelled.
Packages are delivered to you via Purolator ground shipping or an alternate courier service provider.

What is your return policy? 

All original artwork on my site is final sale. If you require any additional information about a specific piece or more detailed photos, please contact me before purchase.

In the rare case that your art is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, I will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 48 hours if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
