Terms of Sale

All artwork available on this website is original and created by the artist unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in the stated currency and may change without notice until a purchase is completed.

Due to variations in screen displays, colours and textures may appear slightly different in person than they do online. Every effort is made to represent each artwork as accurately as possible.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged. Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the buyer upon purchase; however, all copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

All sales are considered final unless the artwork arrives damaged.

Shipping & Artwork Care

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Orders are prepared and shipped within the stated processing time, and collectors will receive tracking details once the work has been dispatched.

If an artwork arrives damaged, the buyer must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so that a claim may be filed with the shipping carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of the artist and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. The artist retains all rights to reproduce the artwork in prints, publications, and other media.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The information and materials on this website are provided for general informational and purchasing purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the artist makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or reliability of the content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the artist shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork. In all circumstances, liability is limited to the value of the artwork purchased.

Personal information provided during purchases or inquiries (such as name, email address, shipping address, and payment details) is used solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating with collectors, and delivering artwork.

The artist does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except when necessary to process payments or arrange shipping.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any transactions conducted through this website are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Alberta.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

Payment will be collected by Squarespace Payments. Squarespace Payments is an all-in-one processor for Squarespace commerce that accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay) and digital wallets, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. It also supports "Buy Now, Pay Later" options such as Klarna and Afterpay, as well as ACH Direct Debit.
